Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 3-5 business days to create our product. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Basically, we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
Keep in mind that all our items are created manually. Therefore, it can be that the end product you'll receive can slightly differ from our product photos. Please allow slight differences lining up at the seam since It's not possible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back.

WHERE OUR ITEMS ARE MADE:
It depends on your country of residence. We have 2 factories. One is in the USA and the rest one is in ASIAN. Where it's made, depends on what factory is closest to you. This way you can be certain your item is at your doorstep the fastest way possible :)
NOTE: If you order different product styles it might be possible you will receive multiple packages.

Accepted Cases for Refund/Resent:
Damaged or Poor-Quality Printed Item: If you receive an item that is damaged or of poor printing quality, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
Wrong Item Sent: If you receive the wrong design or product type, we will correct the error by sending you the correct item.
Wrong Size Item Shipped: If the size you receive is different from what you ordered, we will send the correct size.
Item Not Received: If you do not receive your item within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders, you are eligible for a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product has been washed, worn, or if more than 7 days have passed since the package was delivered.

If you encounter any of the accepted cases, please contact our support team at support@colinauto.com. Our dedicated team will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund promptly. Replacements will follow the standard order processing time (3 business days) and delivery time (5-10 days).
Unaccepted Cases for Refund/Resent:
The customer chooses the wrong size.
Package missing due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
Changes to the order/shipping address after the product is printed and shipped.
Customer returns the product without contacting our customer service department.
Wrong Size Order:
Since each order is custom-printed, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for incorrect fit issues. Please refer to the size chart available on each product page to select the right size.
Order Modifications or Cancellation:
You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to contact our customer service for modifications or cancellations. After this time, orders are in production and cannot be altered.
Damaged/Incorrect Order:
In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product, please contact us at support@colinauto.com. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and our support staff will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Not Received:
If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders (excluding the 7-10 day processing time), contact us at support@colinauto.com for a full refund. This policy excludes errors in shipping details provided by customers or missed parcel deliveries.
